AIDOClaw collects the minimum data needed to provide Early Access. This page explains what we collect, where it lives, and your rights.
Data we collect
When you submit the Health Check survey, we store your answers (industry, team size, AI tools, hours per week…) along with the email and company name you provide.
When you book a consultation through Cal.com, we receive your name, email, and chosen slot.
No cookie tracking, no third-party pixels, no analytics script on the page. If/when we integrate analytics, this page will be updated first.
Where it lives
Survey responses are stored in Vercel KV (Upstash Redis) — region iad1 (US East). Emails are sent via Resend. Bookings are managed via Cal.com.
All providers carry SOC 2 / GDPR compliance from their side.
Your rights
You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.
Send requests to phuc.vx@aidobiz.com with subject 'DATA REQUEST' — we reply within 7 business days.
Our commitments
We do not sell or share personal data with parties outside the infrastructure providers listed above.
We do not send marketing emails unless you opted in via Health Check or the booking flow.
